Reports and Data

In Project RAMP, participating staff will have access to real-time data.

Participating staff will collect patient encounter data using a simple data collection instrument: encounter form.

The RAMP Implementation Team will analyze collected data to:

  • Monitor substance use disorder screening;
  • Assess patient progress in medication assisted treatment; and
  • Evaluate patient connection to primary care providers, care management teams, and substance use disorder/mental health providers.

The RAMP Implementation Team will create customized data reports for participating staff to evaluate their participation in Project RAMP.
